Dr. Phang is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Southwest Society of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, Greater Houston Dental Society, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Society. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and Certification of Orthodontics from Howard University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and Summa Cum Laude respectively.
