Billy Powell

Dr. Billy L. Powell has been practicing orthodontics since 1987. He graduated from Humble High School and then received his Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University. Dr. Powell attended the University of Texas Dental School where he graduated with honors with a general dental degree, and then to the University of Connecticut, where he earned his certificate in orthodontics. In addition, Dr. Powell has attended the prestigious Pankey Institute, which is an advanced continuing education organization for dental professionals. He serves as an assistant professor of orthodontics at the University of Texas Orthodontic Program in Houston.
